TEETHYS Return and Refund Policy
At TEETHYS, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations in quality and style. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.
General Policy
7 DAYS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Returns Accepted
Returns are not accepted for any product unless TEETHYS has made an error in fulfilling your order (such as sending the wrong product or size).
2. Exchange Policy
If TEETHYS has made an error in your order, we will happily exchange the product at no extra cost. In case the requested item is unavailable at the time of exchange, you have the option to receive a refund:
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (bank account or other).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued to your TEETHYS customer credit account.
Return and Refund Conditions
3. Customer-Specific Returns for Correctly Delivered Orders
If the product has been delivered as per your specifications and requirements, TEETHYS does not accept returns. For any approved return requests in such cases, a royalty fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the refund will be credited only to your TEETHYS customer credit account.
4. Return Shipping Expenses
- **TEETHYS Error**: If the wrong product is delivered, TEETHYS will cover the return shipping cost.
- **Customer Requests (Non-Error)**: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Processing Timeline
- Refunds or credits will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
- Exchanges will be initiated as soon as we confirm the return.
